C.P.M. Solutions was founded by Simon Neaverson 12 years ago, and is now a highly respected and successful management consulting practice. The firm is recognised as a leading adviser to law firms and other professional services organisations. Our strong market position is demonstrated by the fact that we do no direct marketing, rather acquiring new clients through quality referrals.

We aim at providing our clients with as much advice and as many of the tools needed to profitably grow their business. Most of these are provided by employed consultants. In some cases we have alliance partners, who will be sought to provide advice on specific issues.
